When a Sale Listing is moved to the Active Stage and the Start Date is that day, this will trigger a campaign to send a “Just Listed” email to any contacts that have “Just Listed” selected in the Subscriptions custom field.
Please note you will need to approve the Just Listed email sending after the campaign starts.
The “Just Sold” email will be sent when the Sale Listing moves to the Closed Stage and the end date is today’s date. This email will be sent to any contacts that have “Just Sold” selected in their Subscriptions custom field.
Please note, you will need to approve sending the email once the campaign starts before it sends.
To Approve or stop the campaign:
- Navigate to your agenda or the contact
- Locate the “Decisions and Updates” on the agenda or “Action Item” on the contact
- Tap the check to start the campaign, or the X to stop the campaign
